Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Dehkhoda Dictionary app. By installing and using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Dehkhoda Dictionary is a digital Persian dictionary containing over 300,000 words and expressions. The app works offline and provides a digital version of the Dehkhoda Dictionary.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Gold Subscription (Yearly):

• Title: Dehkhoda Dictionary Gold Subscription
• Duration: 1 year (12 months)
• Features: Ad removal, exclusive gold theme, access to all premium features
• Renewal: Automatically every 1 year

Silver Subscription (6-month):

• Title: Dehkhoda Dictionary Silver Subscription
• Duration: 6 months
• Features: Ad removal
• Renewal: Automatically every 6 months

3. Payment and Renewal Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Subscription prices are displayed on the app's purchase page and in the store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Cancellation

On iOS: Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and cancel the Dehkhoda Dictionary subscription.

On Android: Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions and cancel the Dehkhoda Dictionary subscription.

After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of Dehkhoda Dictionary is a cultural and literary work. This digital version, including its design, code, and user interface, belongs to the developer. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell the app's content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Not use the app for any illegal activity
• Not share your subscription with others
